At Beauty Me MD, we take pride in providing high-quality services, treatments, and medical-grade skincare products. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. By completing a purchase on our website or in our facility, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


No Returns/Exchanges: 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of the following:

  • Med spa services, packages, and treatment plans

  • Gift cards or prepaid services

  • Skincare or wellness products (including opened or unopened items)

  • Digital products, memberships, or subscriptions

All items and services are sold as-is and final sale.

 

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Completed or partially completed treatments

  • Prepaid treatment packages (even if unused)

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations

  • Results that differ from client expectations

  • Adverse reactions not caused by negligence

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows:

Our med spa enforces a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-show / Late cancellation appointments who do not inform us within 24 hours will be charged $50 of the scheduled service.

 

Service Satisfaction: 

While refunds are not offered, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with a service, please contact us at 4Beautymemd@gmail.com within 72 hours so we may assist with evaluating your concern and recommending the next steps.
